That doesn’t mean that you need to make up all your meals for the week every Sunday (although this can certainly be useful). Instead, you need to train your brain into guiding you along the rocky journey to being the size you dream of.

Our lifestyles may have evolved, but our relationships with food haven’t. I will help you to change this, so that you have a more meaningful connection with your fridge and cupboards.
