So I understand at least some of the struggles that we go through, and how they can make us take our eyes off the ball when it comes to looking after ourselves and our weight. I have learned how to overcome these struggles without damaging my health in the process, and have actually improved and maintained my physical and mental health greatly over the last 12 years. I am in control of my life instead of it being in control of me.
I am far from perfect but I am happy, better able to cope with life’s ups and downs, and try to make the most of my life and the opportunities that come my way!!
