And I struggled for over 20 years feeling exhausted, powerless and miserable as I tried everything I could to get a grasp on my eating habits.

I’d spend money following the latest eating plans, only to find the food disgusting, struggle to stay consistent, and then fall off the wagon on a weekend, with hopes of starting afresh on Monday morning.
