The Do-It-Yourself version

If you are ready to make a full commitment and invest in yourself and your future, but can’t quite stretch your budget to the group or 1:1 versions of the programme, then the Do-It-Yourself version might be the best option for you.

It will be £49 person when it is finalised but in the meantime I am making available all the resources from the most recent live version for just £29. So grab yourself a huge bargain before the price goes up.

The group version

If you are ready to make a full commitment and invest in yourself and your future, but can’t quite stretch your budget to the 1:1 version of the programme, then the group version might be the best option for you.


  • A minimum of 8 x 30-60-minute online live sessions.

  • Sign up to my mailing list to be notified when the next course will be running.

  • Sessions are webinars where we go through course material and then participants complete the activities in between the sessions with my support.

  • All sessions are recorded so no one misses out if they can’t attend a session.

  • Complimentary Bronze Accountability Club membership for the life of the course and for 1 week after you finish.


The 1:1 version

If you need some really intensive support and are ready to make a full commitment and invest in yourself and your future, and have the budget to do it, then the 1:1 version of the Programme will be the best option for you.


  • You commit to attending 8 x 60 minute weekly 1:1 online sessions tailored to you.

  • We will have discussion as we go through the Programme, working harder on the things that are the biggest issues for you.

  • The assignments are compulsory as I will hold you to account to do the work in between the sessions through the YourOneLife Accountability Portal

  • All sessions are recorded if you wish so you can keep them forever and watch them back.

  • 1:1 support in between sessions through the YourOneLife Accountability Portal to help you with getting the assignments done

  • Complimentary Silver Accountability Club membership for the life of the course and for 1 week after you finish.


All sessions must be completed within 3 months of purchase, to keep you committed.

I’m confused about whether I should do the Programme or join your Accountability Club? What do you recommend?

I recommend that people start with the Programme, and then either alongside or afterwards join the Accountability Club to support implementation of what they learn on the Programme. 

There are different levels of club membership to suit different budgets and levels of support needed and you can move up and down between them as needed. It’s a monthly subscription which you can cancel at any time. 

If you think you’d need some extra support to stick to the Programme then you are better off joining the club at the same time.

If you think you will be ok at sticking to it, you can join it afterwards when you’re ready to implement it.

You can also just do the Programme, but that means you will need to push yourself to follow and implement it on your own, and we all know how easy it is to let things drift if we haven’t got someone to hold us to account. 

How long the Programme takes is up to you, but I recommend taking 4-8 weeks to do it. Too quickly and you won’t learn and too long and you will lose momentum. 

That doesn’t mean you can’t make any changes in the meantime. You will find you naturally start to change as you go through the programme, then at the end of the programme you will be clear about your way forward for the longer term. 


The Accountability Club

  • All options have regular tasks and online live sessions including activities which take you through some of the material on the programme.
  • These sessions are recorded and you would have access to all the previous sessions that have taken place before you join.
  • The Bronze price is just £29 per month.
  • The Silver price is just £49 per month and includes all Bronze benefits plus more personalised and regular support.
  • The gold option is just £99 and as well as the Silver benefits, members also get 30 minutes 1:1 coaching with me per month, so this is extremely good value.
  • Whatever price you start paying at will be your monthly payment price for the life of your unbroken membership as long as you don’t downgrade.
