Our modern food environment, demanding schedules, and all-or-nothing culture make long-term weight management incredibly hard  –  even for the smartest, most capable people.

That’s where I come in.

I’m Claire Jones,  an award-winning weight loss coach who helps you build a better relationship with food, your body, and yourself. Together, we focus on what really changes behaviour: mindset, structure, and long-term support,  not rigid rules or willpower.

I’m not here to tell you what to eat.

I’m here to help you understand why you eat, how you eat, and what you need to do next, based on your personality, preferences, and real life.

This work isn’t about shrinking yourself. It’s about expanding into a healthier, calmer, more confident version of yourself, one step at a time.

I can support that too.

While I don’t prescribe medication, coaching alongside injections is good practice, because long-term results come from changing habits, not just hormones. I’ll help you build a foundation that lasts well beyond the jab.

About me

I’m here to help you learn how to manage your weight in a way that is free from guilt, judgment or misery, and that you can stick to for life, with no quick fixes or false promises in sight.

After almost 25 years of yo-yo dieting I finally cracked it, and absolutely transformed my life. I have now kept my weight off for 10 years, and I’ve never been healthier, happier and more comfortable with myself, and that includes how I eat and drink.

If I can do it, so can you! It all starts with being honest, and cultivating the right mindset. I can teach you how, so that you can learn to manage your weight well for the rest of your life…
