Exclusively for anyone who has completed my Preparing for Successful Weight Loss and Overcoming Overeating Programmes in any format.
You have the freedom to choose whatever weight management approach is right for you, as long as it’s healthy and safe.

Why join the Accountability Club?
I recommend that everyone starts by doing my Preparing for Successful Weight Loss Programme (Do THIS before you diet) as this sets the foundations for everything else.
You can do it by yourself for a one-off cost of just £47, or if you do it within your Club membership subscription you will get access to the Programme for the life of your membership and get support from me via the YourOneLife Accountability Portal.
You can also do it intensively 1:1 with me.
An ideal low budget package is to sign up to the Club at any level whilst working through the Programme. This means you’ll get access to my support without the 1:1 prices AND get access to the DIY version of my programme for free! It’s a no-brainer!

I’m already a member of the free YourOneLife Healthy Weight Solutions Facebook Group. How is this different?
The YourOneLife Healthy Weight Solutions Group provides some free, general information and online community support around weight loss and weight management.
In the Accountability Club you get much more personalised support, including accountability, directly from Claire and James, according to your specific needs. And free access to the DIY Preparing for Successful Weight Loss Programme, to work through at your own pace.
You also get access to the YourOneLife Accountability Portal where you can record your progress and communicate with Claire and James directly in confidence, getting support with the Programme assignments .
Silver members also get Claire and James’s eyes on their diet and specific advice about how to improve it.
Gold members get 30 minutes of 1:1 online or telephone support once a month in addition to the Bronze and Silver benefits.

Who is it for?
If you are looking for some friendly community support and accountability, and access to my help to manage your weight, but without the 1:1 coaching fees, then this is the place to be. It doesn’t matter what weight loss approach you prefer, I help you choose the right one for you, and to stick to it.
There are three options to choose from – Gold, Silver and Bronze. Please see below for the details of what’s in each level.

Claire Jones is an innovative, award-winning Weight Management Expert and a Successful Weight Loss Author, having been able to maintain a healthy weight for over a decade after overcoming 25 years of yo-yo dieting.
Using her unique framework, she exercises people’s minds for weight loss, with a focus particularly on long term serial and ‘yo-yo’ dieters, helping them to reach and maintain a healthy weight through developing a better relationship with food and with themselves.
In addition to her personal experience, Claire has decades of professional experience in the field of healthcare management and working with people to solve problems. After overcoming it once and for all she turned her passion and experience to helping others to overcome their battles too. She left her 20 year NHS career, retrained in the areas of life coaching, nutrition, personal training, hypnotherapy and NLP techniques in order to provide a holistic and tailored service to her clients. Her mission is to help as many people as possible to recognise and harness the power that they have within themselves to manage their weight well for life, being healthy in both mind and body, whilst navigating today’s high-calorie society. She is passionate abut helping those who cannot afford 1:1 services and so has developed a range of services to suit all budgets including publishing her own book, ‘How to Eat Less’, which can be found on Amazon.
Claire lives in Dover, Kent, in the UK with her husband and their dog and cat, their children having grown up and left home in recent years. When not at work, Claire can be found walking her dog, training for a marathon, or tending to her collection of 32 tarantulas!
