There is something to suit every budget, from free support and low cost monthly memberships starting at the equivalent of just £1 a day, right up to intensive weekly 1:1 support to help you explore, manage and resolve your behaviours with food once and for all.
I recommend that everyone starts by doing my Preparing for Successful Weight Loss Programme (Do THIS before you diet) as this sets the foundations for everything else. You can do it by yourself, in an online group, or 1:1 with me.
