I’m an award-winning life coach and founder of YourOneLife. I’m hosting this workshop with special guests Sam and Freddie because I know how powerful journaling can be for self-trust, confidence, clarity, and actually following through on our goals whatever they might be.
After years of yo-yo dieting, overwhelm, and self-doubt, journaling became one of the simplest tools that helped me shift my mindset and make the most of my life. Now I help others do the same, in ways that are realistic, compassionate, and grounded.
