It really depends on your starting point. If your weight is already stable it isn’t usually very long before you will start to see some measurable results. If your eating behaviours are chaotic and your weight is not stable we will need to spend some time building in some stability before we can move to a position of weight loss. For all clients it is vital to spend the first few weeks on establishing solid foundations as my focus is on supporting you with long-term sustainability rather than rapid weight loss.
