I know what it’s like to struggle with weight.
For years, I was caught in the exhausting cycle of dieting, losing weight, regaining it, and starting over. I knew what I was supposed to do. Eat less, move more. But actually doing it? That was another story.
I’d start a new plan full of enthusiasm, determined that this time would be different. And for a while, it was. But then life would get in the way. Stress, work, social events, exhaustion. And before I knew it, I’d be back to old habits, feeling like a failure.
I told myself I just needed more willpower. But deep down, I knew the problem wasn’t the food or the exercise. It was my mindset. That’s why I turned to weight loss coaching—because lasting change isn’t just about diet and exercise; it’s about transforming the way you think about food, habits, and yourself.

Most weight loss plans focus on rules:

But here’s what I realised: the issue wasn’t that I was failing the diets—the diets were failing me.

The turning point came when I stopped focusing on short-term results and started working on my long-term habits and mindset.

✔ Instead of feeling ashamed when I had a setback, I learned to get back on track without guilt.
It wasn’t easy, and it didn’t happen overnight. But when I shifted my focus from just losing weight to actually understanding myself and focussing on being, and feeling, healthy, that’s when everything changed.
