Unlike most providers in Kent who focus solely on diet plans or exercise regimes, we address the root causes of weight gain including mindset, habits, and emotional eating patterns.

Most of my work is delivered online through video calls, so it doesn't matter where you are. However, for additional cost I can provide face to face coaching for clients across all Kent areas including Maidstone, Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, and Ashford, at a mutually convenient location.

We focus on creating lasting habit changes rather than quick fixes. Our clients learn to maintain their results by addressing psychological triggers and developing sustainable lifestyles.

It really depends on your starting point. If your weight is already stable it isn't usually very long before you will start to see some measurable results. If your eating behaviours are chaotic and your weight is not stable we will need to spend some time building in some stability before we can move to a position of weight loss. For all clients it is vital to spend the first few weeks on establishing solid foundations as my focus is on supporting you with long-term sustainability rather than rapid weight loss.
