  • They’re trying harder than ever to persuade us to part with our money.

  • Even if we’re not into Halloween it’s hard not to get tempted by the haunting packaging wherever we look.

  • Suddenly we find the Pumpkin Patch cakes or Spooky mini-rolls have somehow ended up in our cauldron.

  • But while we’re shedding the pounds from our purses and wallets we’re adding the pounds to our waistlines instead.
