If you’re anything like I used to be, here’s what you might have done…and possibly many times before…

  • Choose to start on Monday (because it can’t possibly work if you choose any other day, right?)

  • Download the shopping list for your plan (half the stuff you don’t even recognise or know what to do with, never mind like)

  • Clear the cream cakes from the fridge (by eating them of course) and replace them with the most unexciting lettuce, cucumber and cottage cheese because that’s what the plan says

  • Plaster some motivational pictures and messages to the fridge door (you know… “you’re not hungry, you’re just bored”, or “JFDI”)

  • Have your ‘last supper’ on the Sunday evening, finishing off the chocolate and the crisps that are left in the cupboard (because you can’t possibly throw them away, and it’s the last time you’re going to be able to eat it for ages so you may as well make the most of it!)

  • Start on Monday (for the umpteenth time, just like I used to!)

  • Promise yourself that THIS TIME you’ll see it through to the end, and somehow expect different results…(that’s insanity, apparently according to Einstein! )

And either you fall off the wagon…

Or you do keep going, and the weight falls off… which should be a cause for celebration, except… it creeps back on again just as it always has…

This isn’t because you’re weak, lacking in self-discipline or destined to be overweight forever.

It’s because you’ve missed a crucial step, a step that is key if you want successful weight loss that lasts.

1.5 stone down… (almost 10kg / 21lbs)

Another milestone ✔️

I can’t even tell you how much happier I’m feeling in myself, my husband says watching my confidence grow again has made him more in love with me than ever 😭

This summer I’ve been wearing clothes I actually want to. This has been massive for the way I feel. I’m actually overjoyed that I need to give the charity shop 95% of my wardrobe.

My knee hasn’t hurt at all for weeks and I had been in agony for over a year.

The best bit, I haven’t deprived myself of anything. No cutting out food groups or living off liquid (or living in the gym, let’s face it – it’s only in my garden and I still won’t go 😂)

This milestone has taken 9 weeks which has included god knows how many family and friend celebrations and two holidays to Malta and Turkey. Feeling so proud of myself knowing I’ve enjoyed all of them and still achieved my goals.

The Problem You’re Facing:

A little about me…

After 25 years of yo-yo dieting, I finally won the battle over 10 years ago, and have never looked back. It totally transformed my life.

I remember what it was like being overweight,  feeling so unhappy, unhealthy and not in control of myself around food. I had no idea how to control my weight, and had a terrible relationship with myself and with food. I was either on a diet, or piling on the pounds, there wasn’t anything in between, and my self-worth was so tied up with my weight. I thought being ‘thin’ would make me a better person.

But now, I’m the healthiest and happiest that I’ve ever been, and completely free from the shackles of the dieting and weight regain cycle.

There’s nothing extra-special about me, I don’t have super-powers that mean I can do it while you can’t. I am just like you.

Now I help others. People like you.

I’ll share with you and teach you how to use my exact methods that I have developed following extensive training and experience, so you too can achieve what I have been able to achieve. They are perfectly adaptable to suit you as they help you to find your own, lasting, sustainable way to manage your weight
