Motorcycle Mindset Coaching Success Stories
Tihana – Mod 2 Coaching and Hypnotherapy 4 Session Package
Tihana came to me after 4 unsuccessful Mod 2 attempts. Despite performing well in training, and her instructors being sure that she was ready, on test days it was a different story through a mixture of nerves and pure bad luck.
We did some work on untangling what was holding her back in her mind, including a now firmly held and understandable belief that she was never going to pass. And with it, test nerves that were becoming unmanageable, reinforcing the problem.
We then spent time building some new beliefs through conscious coaching followed up with targeted hypnotherapy to reinforce belief and manage nerves.
She passed her Mod 2 the following week.

Julie – Mod 1 and Mod 2 Coaching and Hypnotherapy
Julie came to me after 3 unsuccessful Mod 1 attempts. Despite performing well in training, and her instructors being sure that she was ready, on test days it was a different story – she kept failing on the hazard avoidance test.
We did some work on untangling what was holding her back in her mind, including a now firmly held and understandable belief that she was never going to pass. And with it, test nerves that were becoming unmanageable, reinforcing the problem as her body was unable to sufficiently relax to do the manoeuvre correctly.
We then spent time building some new beliefs through conscious coaching followed up with targeted hypnotherapy to reinforce belief and manage nerves.
She passed on her Mod 1 the following week, and then came back to me to repeat the process for her Mod 2. She then passed Mod 2 first time.

Kay – CBT (Compulsory Basic Training for new motorcycle riders)
Kay had planned to do her CBT but was experiencing nerves when the training centre offered her a last-minute cancellation for the next day. She booked a session and we talked through her worries, and came up with some practical strategies for her to follow through the day to keep her mind focussed on the task in hand.
She was informed at the end of the day that she was safe to get out on the road with her L plates and was awarded her certificate.
