Remember You’re a Rider In-Person Workshop EVENING SESSION

Original price was: £95.00.Current price is: £75.00.

VENUE: BARKSTON, NR GRANTHAM LINCOLNSHIRE

Friday 17th April  7pm to 9pm

Stop overthinking. Start trusting your riding.

You’ve done the training.

So why does it still feel harder than it should?

You know what to do.

You’ve been taught the skills.
You’ve passed tests, or you’re close to it.

And yet…

  • One small mistake knocks your confidence
  • You overthink things you know how to do
  • Some rides feel fine, others feel overwhelming
  • You start questioning whether you’re cut out for it

You’re not alone. And more importantly…

This isn’t a skill problem.

This is the missing piece no one explains

Most rider training focuses on what to do on the bike.

But it doesn’t explain:

  • why your body tenses up
  • why your thinking spirals
  • why confidence feels inconsistent
  • why one wobble can ruin the whole ride

So riders do what seems logical:
“I just need more practice.”

Sometimes that works.

But often it leads to:

  • frustration
  • inconsistency
  • loss of confidence
  • or quietly avoiding the situations that feel harder

This workshop fixes that gap

This is a 2-hour, in-person mindset workshop based on my bestselling book
Remember You’re a Rider

It’s designed to help you understand:

  • what’s actually happening in your head when riding feels difficult
  • why it makes perfect sense, even when it feels like it doesn’t
  • and how to change it in real time

What you’ll walk away with

You’ll learn:

  • Why your confidence can feel solid one day and disappear the next
  • What triggers overthinking, hesitation, and fear spikes
  • How your nervous system affects your riding, and what to do about it
  • Simple tools to reset quickly when things start to unravel
  • How to stop one mistake turning into a full confidence drop
  • A more realistic, stable way to measure your progress

The result

  • You stop second-guessing yourself
  • You feel more in control on the bike
  • Your training starts to actually stick
  • Riding becomes more consistent and enjoyable

Who this is for

This workshop is for you if:

  • You’ve passed your test but don’t feel as confident as you expected
  • You’re learning and finding it harder than you thought it would be
  • You’ve had an incident, near miss, or drop in confidence
  • You overthink your riding or put pressure on yourself
  • You want to enjoy riding more, not just get through it

Important

This is not a riding skills session.

You won’t be on the bike.

This is the part that helps everything you’ve already learned actually work under pressure, in real-world riding

Why this matters

Most riders will spend:

  • £150–£200 on a training day
  • hundreds more repeating training or tests

But no one ever explains why it still feels hard sometimes.

That’s what this workshop is for.
