Top 10 Tips to cut down on your food intake without going on a 'diet'. 

A lot of people overeat without realising it, or they know they are doing it but are either not sure where they're going wrong, or feel powerless to stop it. I made this infographic recently with some simple tips that could help you, depending on where your issues lie. Don't try to do everything at once, but start with one or two of them that you feel you can confidently do, and do them consistently!  Once you've mastered each habit, you can add another, and another, and see what difference it makes.
